We’re proud to share the news that a mixed-age team from LVS Hassocks travelled to the prestigious St George’s Park, the Home of England Football, to compete in a national tournament featuring the top Autistic SEN school teams from across the South, Midlands, and North.
Against strong national competition, our students performed brilliantly, finishing 4th overall with an impressive record of 4 wins, 5 draws, and just 2 losses. Remarkably, the top three teams were all Year 11 squads, and LVS Hassocks only narrowly missed out on 3rd place by a single late goal.
Their teamwork, talent, and behaviour were a credit to the school and we couldn’t be prouder of the boys. They represented the school with pride and were a credit to the LVS Hassocks community. Their exemplary behaviour throughout the tournament has earned them an invitation to return next year.
