Supported independence for young people with learning difficulties
The spacious and comfortable rooms provide fantastic accommodation for students with learning difficulties. It is important that they feel familiar, safe and secure in their surroundings, so they are encouraged to personalise their rooms and make the space their own.
The older students reside in a separate wing where there is a real focus on developing their independent living skills. The young people in this house take responsibility for many of their day to day activities from cleaning their bathrooms to planning and preparing the group evening meal.
